Philip Brännström joins Unstad as CEO and Senior Consultant of Unstad AB

We are proud to announce that Philip Brännström has joined Unstad today as CEO and Senior Consultant of Unstad AB.

Philip is the first employee of Unstad AB, marking an important milestone in Unstad’s continued growth in the Nordic market and a significant step forward in our expansion in Sweden.

With more than 20 years of experience from the railway industry in Sweden and Norway, Philip brings a rare combination of executive leadership, technical expertise and commercial insight. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in rolling stock management, maintenance strategy, mobilization, operations, property and cleaning services, most recently in roles at SJ Stockholmståg and SJ Norge.

Philip has extensive experience leading large multidisciplinary organizations and managing complex stakeholder environments involving train owners, authorities, suppliers and operators. His background combines deep knowledge of railway vehicles, maintenance systems and safety with a strong track record of building organizations, improving operational performance and creating long-term value.

At Unstad, Philip will lead the development of Unstad AB and support clients across the Nordic region within asset management, maintenance strategy, depot and cleaning operations, and related advisory services.

This is a strategically important recruitment for Unstad. With Philip on board, we strengthen our expertise, broaden our market presence and establish a strong foundation for the continued development of our business in Sweden.
