Malmfrid has a Cand. Scient. degree in electronics and has worked with environmentally friendly transportation for over 25 in a variety of companies.

Like most engineers, she is solution-oriented, but her background in RAMS and risk management has primed her to put a clear focus on root causes. There is rarely a good solution to a problem without first having a good understanding of the underlying causes.
