Aleksander originally comes from Tønsberg, but you can now find him up in Nes in Hedmark. He is educated via the army, at the War College in Oslo, and most recently completed a project management education in Tromsø.

Aleksander has broad competence and experience in both technical and administrative areas. His technical experience comes from both Mantena, the construction department at Øveraasen AS, and the military. Furthermore, he has extensive experience with teaching and competence development from both the military and the private sector.

As a person, Aleksander is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented. Throughout his career, he has been involved in both sales activities, negotiations, and procurement processes both domestically and internationally, and finds the combination of technical details, leadership, and process understanding exciting. Aleksander is skilled in building relationships and understanding people and is a very welcome addition to Unstad.
