Even Bergsengstuen

Even grew up right next to Bergseng Station and obtained his certificate in workshop technology at Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk in 1973.

He completed his civil engineering degree at NTH (now NTNU) in 1980. Even has long experience in the Norwegian rolling stock industry, having started at NSB in 1981. His areas of expertise include bogies, wheels, ride dynamics, coupling and buffing devices, central couplers, and diesel engines.

Even is known for his ability to analyze faults and causal relationships and propose practical solutions.

He has participated in many innovative projects and has been a mentor to many colleagues over the years.
