Erling Haugnes

Erling is originally from Western Norway but has spent most of his life in other parts of the country.

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has management training from both the military and NTNU. Erling worked in the aviation, workshop, and building automation industries before entering the railway industry in 1999. He has extensive experience with both infrastructure and rolling stock and is well-acquainted with the Norwegian market.

As a leader, Erling is known to be both efficient and caring, genuinely concerned about his employees. He is energetic, analytical, and has a strong ability to execute, which enables him to tackle challenges head-on.
